These terms outline the basics of how projects are scoped, paid for, reviewed, and delivered. For custom work, any written proposal or invoice terms take priority where needed.
Projects typically begin after an advance payment. Delivery timelines depend on the package chosen, the complexity of the work, and how quickly required feedback or content is shared.
Revision limits are based on the selected package unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final approval confirms that the work is ready for delivery or launch.
Once final payment is completed, ownership of the approved final deliverables transfers to the client unless third-party licenses apply. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they provide.
